2         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.  The information below is the key items：

2.2   Country of Origin: Spare Parts should be from Chandler Engineering (US equipments)

2.3   Bidders must have at least one year similar working experience
