2. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The Tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the Key Items:
a) Scope of Business;
b) Tenderer should have valid ISO Certificates 9001, 14001 & OHSAS18001 to certify it is qualified for EPC Projects of ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; and the valid certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 should be with English edition solely owned by Contractor itself. Any certificate borrowed or rented from subsidiaries or parent company will be rejected, and the mentioned certificates under application process are also not accepted;
c) At least two projects experience of design, procurement, construction and commissioning regarding diesel generator in past three years;

4. Tender Fee is required only for the Tenderer who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be in cash or T/T to our financial department:
