There are 2 old bridges in the BUT main road for pipe trench, after many year heavy loading and corrosion, now the structures are in critical condition, and high risk of collapse might be occurred at any moment.So these two bridges shall be redesign and rebuild. |

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practise. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practise.The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of supply
2.2 Proposed the key items on the announcement if the prequalification needed.
The contractors should have own certificates; ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004,OHSAS 18001:2007. The certificates from mother company or same group are not acceptable.
2.3 CNOOC Iraq Limited invites the potential bidders to have a site visit in the Buzurgan Terminal on September 19,2016.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
