Tenders by: CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, the Lead Contractor at Missan Oil Fields (located in the Missan province in southeastern Iraq ,close to the Iraq-Iran border and is about 175km north to the Basra city), alongside partners Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company to develop Missan Oilfields under contract (TSC) and its supplementary agreement with Missan Oil Company.

2. Invoice for Bid Fee

ITT documents can be downloaded for free, Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection.

3. *Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

Scope of Business

Soft copy of the pre-qualification document shall be received at abovementioned contact emails at least 5 days before the Closing Date; attachments of each email shall not exceed 5MB. Any delay of such pre-qualification document submission may lead to disqualification of vendor.

5. Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee at AED 6,300.00 for the announcement. The payment shall be made to Company finance once the winner receives the contract award notification from Company.
