2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of Business
2.2 Tenderer shall have maintenance experience of surface oil & gas processing facility/equipment and service experience for International Oil Company (IOC), such as ExxonMobil, BP, Shell, Chevron, CNPC, CNOOC, LUKOIL, PETRONAS, Gazprom, etc. in Middle East area. The evidence includes but not limited to: the copy of service contract, the performance evaluation Letter from IOCs and etc.
2.3 Tenderer shall have its own valid certificates; ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The certificates from parent company or same group are not acceptable.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
