2. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The Tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the Key Items:
a) Scope of Business;
b) Tenderer should have completed 33kV or 33kV above OHTL project worth USD 15 million for last 3 years; and provide 3 years Financial Audit Report and a Letter from their bank providing that the Contractor is financially capable of executing the Project not less than USD 15 million;
c) Tenderer should have valid ISO Certificates 9001 and 14001 to certify it is qualified for EPC Projects of ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; and the valid certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 should be with English edition solely owned by Contractor itself. Any certificate borrowed or rented from subsidiaries or parent company will be rejected, and the mentioned certificates under application process are also not accepted;
d) Tenderer should appoint Project Manager with valid Project Management Professional Certificate issued from Project Management Institute;
e) Transformers should be ABB or Siemens brand, any origin is accepted but it should have official letter from mother company to authorize it is same quality with the original Brand;
f) MV circuit breaker should be ABB or Siemens brand, any origin is accepted but it should have official letter from mother company to authorize it is same quality with the original Brand;
g) The origin of towers should be Turkey or China.
