CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

Basic Information	The work shall consist of General Engineering Services related to the following projects: Feasibility study of LPG in Missan Oilfield;/Warehouse for dangerous materials in BUT; Expansion of power plant; /OHTL power supply for ESP;/Degassing Stations;/Other engineering service for site construction.
Tender Fee	USD100 (ITT documents can be downloaded for free, but tender fee USD100 is required while tenderer submits tender proposals, and Tenderer should provide the receipt of tender fee together with its proposal)
Tender Closing Date	On or before 17:00 pm, August 6^th, 2017 ( Dubai Time)

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

1) Scope of Business;

2) Tenderer Country of Origin shall be from Western Europe, Japan, USA and Canada (Mandatory key Item);

3) Tenderer shall have Minimum of Ten (10) years of Engineering services Experience in Oil & Gas fields industry projects (mandatory key item).
