2. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The Tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the Key Items:
2.1. Scope of Business;
2.2. Tenderer must have valid ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS18001 Certificates，in which EPCC should be clearly described in English version.
2.3. 10 years EPC project experiences and total 50 Million USD contract value at least in water pipeline construction.
