2         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.  The information below is the key items or see the Article 12.1 of Section 1 in ITT

 

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

 

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

 

3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

 

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)

 

5) Bid Bond submission

 

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

 

7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

 

8) Tenderer should have completed similar projects in 33kv or above power supply system in last 5 years and total amount should be no less than USD 20million.

 

9) Tenderer should have valid ISO Certificates 9001, 14001 and 18001 in EPC

 

10) Contractor must own international engineering subsidiary corporation or subcontractor which is specialized in similar projects in 33kv or above power supply system and at least 5 years` experience in engineering with support document.

 

11) Contractor should appoint Project Manager who shall own valid PMP certificate and at least 10 years or above work experience and in which 5 years or above of project management experience in terms of power system on area of oil & gas industry shall be included
