2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirements of ITT. The information below is the key items or see the Article 12.1 of Section 1 in ITT:
1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.
2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder
3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition
4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)
5) Bid Bond submission
6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)
7) Price proposal is separately from Technical & Commercial proposal.
8) The PMC contractor should have own certificates including ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 of English version. These certificates are from parent company or same group are not acceptable.
9) The PMC Contractor’s experience of international project management consultant is no less than 8 years or more than 3 years’ good performance experience in oil field, with valid supporting documents.
10) The accumulated amount of PMC Agreement shall over 6,000,000 USD for past 5 years (Y2014 to Y2018), with valid supporting documents.

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope
Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be cash or T/T to our financial department:
