2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below are the key items and factors (they are also included in ITT documents, if there is any discrepancy, ITT documents shall prevail), failure to meet any of them will lead to disqualification.
1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.
2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder
3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition
4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)
5) Bid Bond submission
6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)
7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal
8) Bidders who will participate in this tender shall submit the technical specifications and shall be able to provide the company with all required items (Tubing Hanger, Tubing Spool, X-mass Tree and Spare Parts). Bidders who submit partial equipment shall not be accepted.
9) Bidder shall be manufacturer recognized by MOC, or sole agency with authorization letter from manufacturer recognized by MOC and the authorization letter shall be legalized by Iraqi Embassy in the country of manufacture.
10) Bidder shall have the valid ISO certificates with English versions “ISO 9001”.
11) All the wellhead equipment and related accessories shall meet latest edition of API 6A 20th Specification.
12) Bidder shall provide Third Party Inspection by Third Parties recognized by Company. And all costs relating to Third-party Inspection shall be at Bidder’s account.
13) The accepted Country of Origin for ALL the Raw Material and the products shall be USA, Western Europe, Canada, Japan, or other COO recognized by MOC.
14) The delivery time for first batch of material (approximate 10 sets of tubing spool, tubing hanger and X-mas tree) shall be within SIX(6) months as of contract effective date and it must meet the project executions phase schedule.
15) The delivery time for second batch of material (approximate 10 sets of tubing spool, tubing hanger and X-mas tree) shall be within EIGHT(8) months as of contract effective date and it must meet the project executions phase schedule.
16) The delivery time for Spare Parts and Consumable Material shall be within Six (6) months as of Purchase Order effective date and it must meet the project executions phase schedule.

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.
Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be cash or T/T to our financial department:
