CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, the Lead Contractor at Missan Oil Fields (located in the Missan province in southeastern Iraq, close to the Iraq-Iran borderland is about 175km north to the Basra city), alongside partners Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company to develop Missan Oilfields under contract (TSC) and its supplementary agreement with Missan Oil Company.

5. Compilation Principle and Content of Bidding Documents
The bids documents shall be completed in comply with the criteria regulated in the technical, commercial and prices aspects of ITT. Prices quoted by the Bidder shall be fixed during the Bidder's performance of the contract and not subject to variation on any account. A bid submitted with an adjustable price quotation and with additional conditions / notes will be treated as substantially non-responsive and will be rejected.
6. Clarification
Your clarification shall be received at tangxh@cnoociraq.com/ Hongsong2@cnoociraq.com in formal letter.
A prospective Bidder requiring any clarification of the bidding documents shall notify in writing, written copies of Company's response (without identifying the source of inquiry) will be sent to all prospective bidders through announcement.
