Tenders by: CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, the Lead Contractor at Missan Oil Fields (located in the Missan province in southeastern Iraq ,close to the Iraq-Iran borderand is about 175km north to the Basra city), alongside partners Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company to develop Missan Oilfields under contract (TSC) and its supplementary agreement with Missan Oil Company.

2. Qualification and document required for ITT package request

2.1 Fill in the VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION

2.2 ITT request fee receipt

2.3 Copy of Certificate of Incorporation

2.4 Copy of Certificate of Contracting/Trade

2.5 Copy of Certificate of Tax

2.6 HSE Certificate and Policy

2.7 Audited Finance Reports for last three years

2.8 Original Power of Attorney to whom ITT document will be issued. This Power of Attorney must be signed by the legal representative of the company which submit the tendering documents.

The qualification document should be provided 5 days before bid closing date

3. Notice: The bidder whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.

4. Contract Information
