3 Invoice for Tender Fee
ITT documents can be downloaded for free, Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. 4 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
4.1 Scope of Business
4.2 Country of Origin for product: USA, West Europe, Canada, Japan
4.3 API Certificates: the quality of the quoted goods shall meet the latest version of the API specification unless API is not applicable.
Soft copy of the pre-qualification document shall be received at abovementioned contact emails at least 10 days before the Closing Date; attachments of each email shall not exceed 5MB. Any delay of such pre-qualification document submission may lead to disqualification of vendor.
