Basic Information |
CNOOC IRAQ LTD., (thereinafter called “Company”) is engaged in oil exploration and development in the Missan oil field in Republic of Iraq. There are 2 Nos 30*100m steel shed warehouse to be built inside Work Base. Company signed the material procurement contract with one supplier located in Dubai, however the supplier failed to deliver all the material within the contract duration. About 30% of total amount delivered on site including the steel columns , some beam parts and PVC panels etc.. In order to complete these 2 steel shed warehouses, hereby Company would like to purchase the balance material of these 2 steel shed warehouses which have not been delivered by the former supplier |

2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice.The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of Business
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
2.2 Experience and qualifications
Tenderer is to submit its experiences with reference to the similar work. The cover and the signature page of related contracts must be provided, or the experience should be considered as invalid.
