Tender Announcement

CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

2         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.  The information below is the key items：

2.1   Scope of business.

2.2   Non-Manufacturer is not acceptable- Company accepts only production companies instead of trading companies as Supplier.

2.3   Production time of all vehicles should be no more than 18 months before the time of delivery.

2.4   Only two options of attesting authorities are accepted for certificate of origin country:

1) Attested by country of origin where the vehicles produced or manufactured and assembled by one country.

2) Attested by country where assembly made (where vehicles produced or manufactured by other country) the certificate should include the necessary information of the goods (type of goods, producing company, beneficial part, means of shipping).

   The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

4         Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.

5         This announcement is made both in English and in Arabic, if there is any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
