2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirements of ITT. The information below is the key items or see the Article 12.1 of Section 1 in ITT:
1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.
2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder
3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition
4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)
5) Bid Bond submission
6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)
7) Price proposal is separately from Technical & Commercial proposal.
8) Tenderer must be product Manufacturer, any Agent is not accepted to attend the bid.
9) Tenderer must have at least five (5) years of Oil and Gas industry experience with at least three (3) years of experience in the related chemical supply field and must provide proper track record in the relevant field with all authorized signatures and stamps.
10) Tenderer must have a total value of contracts not less than USD 10 Million.
11) Tenderer’s business license must include the related chemicals supply in the scope of work. The business license must be solely owned by the supplier itself and should not be from sister or mother subsidiary.
12) Tenderer must provide Quality Management System Certification ISO9001, Environmental Management Systems Certification ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001.

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope
