2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below are the key items and factors (they are also included in ITT documents, if there is any discrepancy, ITT document shall prevail), failure to meet any of them will lead to disqualification：
1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.
2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder
3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition
4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)
5) Bid Bond submission
6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)
7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal
8) Bidders shall have the valid certificates with English model of ISO9001, OHSAS18001 or ISO45001
9) Tenderer shall have API 5CT certificate. All tubular manufactured, threaded, marked and packaged should be in accordance with applicable standards API 5CT (latest version)
10) The delivery schedule should be within 6 months as of issue date of purchase order, the bidders should provide the definite delivery schedule
11) Only accepted Country of Origin for ALL the products shall be USA, Western Europe, South Korea, and Japan. Contractor shall provide Certificate of Origin for all Items, which shall be legalized by the Iraqi Embassy in the origin country
12) Product Manufacturers and sole agencies with authorization letters from Manufacturers stamped by Iraq Embassy located in the countries of manufacturing plants will be accepted

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.
Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be cash or T/T to our financial department:
