Please kindly find the attachment below. Consider that most companies are in holiday in the Ramadan, to ensure the quality of the bidding document, CNOOC IRAQ LIMITED (BVI) hereby announces Bulletin #2 to postpone the closing date to Sep 16^th , 2011 for WELL SITE PREPARERATION in MISSAN OILS FIELD in Iraq .And request all the local contractor send the original of bidding document still as the same as original documents asked to 741, 4WB, Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai ,UAE.  Please still contact with Mr. Duan Bing kun , if you need some clarification. The clarification contents are below:

1、The Bid closing date will be extended to 16th ,September 2011

2、All bidder shall provide the bidding document according to the format of Part B in ITT for WELL PAD PREPARATION CILBWFB-778-GED-10.05-00001.And the bidder should note followings:

(1)  Bidder shall provide the project organization in SECTION III.

(2)  All the project shall be complete in 30 days , bidders shall propose proper days according to their experience in the bidding document. As per requirement in our tender documents, bidder shall provide the schedule for each well pad and camp in PROJECT SCHEDULE of SECTION III that we could know how the bidder will execute the project and how long time the bidder will take.

(3)  Bill of Quantities for Construction, Construction equipment and crane list, estimated man-hours for completing shall be provided in SECTION IV -MISCELLANEOUS TECHNICAL SUBMITTALS.
