Tenders by: CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, the Lead Contractor at Missan Oil Fields (located in the Missan province in southeastern Iraq, close to the Iraq-Iran borderland is about 175km north to the Basra city), alongside partners Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company to develop Missan Oilfields under contract (TSC) and its supplementary agreement with Missan Oil Company.

2. Invoice for Bid Fee
Bid Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Lijinlong@cmitfod.com/lixg11@cnoociraq.com/

6. Qualification and document required for ITT package request
6.1 Fill in the VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION
6.2 ITT request fee receipt
6.3 Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
6.4 Copy of Certificate of Contracting/Trade
6.5 Copy of Certificate of Tax
6.6 HSE Certificate and Policy
6.7 Audited Finance Reports for last three years
6.8 Original Power of Attorney to whom ITT document will be issued. This Power of Attorney must be signed by the legal representative of the company which submits the tendering documents.
The qualification document should be provided no later than 17:00:00, on or before December 22, 2014, Dubai Time.
7. Notice: The bidder whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.
