Tenders by: CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, the Lead Contractor at Missan Oil Fields (located in the Missan province in southeastern Iraq ,close to the Iraq-Iran borderand is about 175km north to the Basra city), alongside partners Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company to develop Missan Oilfields under contract (TSC) and its supplementary agreement with Missan Oil Company.

2. Invoice for Bid Fee
ITT documents can be downloaded for free, Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. 3. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.
Soft copy of the pre-qualification document shall be received at abovementioned contact emails at least 10 days before the Closing Date; attachments of each email shall not exceed 5MB. Any delay of such pre-qualification document submission may lead to disqualification of vendor.
