Bid Closing Date: no later than 16:00 (Baghdad Time), on or before

March 1^st , 2021.

ITT Section 1. Clause 11.1

Tenderer’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period of 240 calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).                   

ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1)     Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2)     Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3)     Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

4)     Bid Proposal Period of Validity shall be as required in this TENDER DATA SHEET (TDS) (aforementioned Clause 11.1).

5)     Bid Bond submission

6)     Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7)     Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

8)     The scope of equipment and services proposed by bidder shall comply with this ITT requests and their performance shall be suitable for the characteristics of reservoir fluid & gas and the well configuration in Missan Oilfields. The temperature & pressure rating of the proposed ESP system must follow the ITT requirements.

9)     The delivery time for ESP Equipment shall be within eight (8) months after issuing the Work Order.

10) The bidder needs to accept the requirements of the ESP responsibility in the ITT.

11) Bidders shall have the following valid Certificates in English: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001(or OHSAS 18001) and ESP manufacturers shall have valid API certificate, if ESP manufacturers from other countries except Iraqi MOO requirement, the manufacturers shall also have API Q1.

12) Contractor shall provide accommodation inside the Missan Oil Field for its employees to promptly respond to Company requests for troubleshooting and/or maintenance. Contractor shall dispatch at least one ESP engineer to arrive at Company’s well site within four (4) hours upon receiving notification from Company during day or night.

13) Contractors must unconditionally comply with the Company's quarantine and protection requirements for epidemics such as COVID-19.

14) Contractor must be ready and have the ability to provide ESP storage and DIFA services inside Company’s camp in Missan oilfield within six (6) months after the signing of the Contract.

15) Contractor must provide the MTU (Mobile Test Unit) for Contractor’s ESP Spin Test free of charge.

16) Bidder must submit the ESP Basic Daily Rental in the ESP Rental Payment Schedule form of this ITT. Bidder should not change the Percentage (%) of Basic Daily Rental in the form.

ITT Section 1. Clause15.1

Bid Bond: USD 300.000,00 (Say USD Three Hundred Thousand) The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.

The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.
