2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of Business
2.2 Tenderer shall have its own valid certificates; ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001. The certificates from parent company or same group are not acceptable.
2.3 Tender shall be capable for implementing site construction work simultaneously for 6 well pads or other projects according to service order issued by company. Tender shall provide related documents such as equipment and man power about constructing 6 well pads simultaneously. Sufficient information shall be provided to demonstrate the capability.
2.4 Tender shall submit a similar project experience accomplishment category with the amount no less than 1,500, 000 USD in the past 3 years.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
