CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

2         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

2.1   Scope of supply

2.2   Tenderer shall have the pipeline project (especially ductile iron pipeline and carbon steel pipeline) design qualification or a qualified design subcontractor will be accepted, EPC contractor qualification and validated certificates ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 which belong to Contractor itself with English version.

2.3   Tenderer shall have at least two similar projects experience of ductile iron Pipeline and carbon steel pipeline Construction.

2.4   Tenderer shall have at least one similar project experience of pipeline construction in large scale Oil and Gas station, especially undergrounding obstacles crossing.

The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

4         Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.

5         This announcement is made both in English and in Arabic, if there is any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
