Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification
documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be
disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in
accordance with international practice. The
prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of
ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of business must include the oil and gas facility
production and maintenance .
2.2 The experience of the oil and gas industry at less 5 (Five)
years .
2.3 The business license must be solely owned by the contractor
itself and should not be from sister or mother subsidiary .
2.4 Contractor must provide Quality Management System Certificate
ISO 9001 Environmental Management Systems Certification ISO 14001. Occupational
health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) certification ISO 18001
The prequalification documents
should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND
PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

Notice: The tenderer whom
will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the
