2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of supply
2.2 Tenderer shall have a valid business license which includes the Oil and Gas facility production and maintenance in the scope of work. The business license shall be in English and solely owned by Tenderer itself not from a sister or mother subsidiary.
2.3 Tenderer shall have valid certificates: Quality Management System ISO9001, Environmental Management System ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System OHSAS18001.
2.4 Tenderer shall have in its experience a total value of contracts not less than 10 million US dollars.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

4 Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.
5 This announcement is made both in English and in Arabic, if there is any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
