2. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The Tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the Key Items or see the Article 12.1 of Section 1 in ITT:
2.1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of this ITT.
2.2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Tenderer.
2.3) Bid Proposal Period of Validity shall be 180 Days from the Bid Closing Date.
2.4) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition
2.5) Bid Bond submission.
2.6) Cover Letter signed and stamped by Tenderer (as per the Section 2 Proposal Contents and Forms, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter).
2.7) Price proposal is put separately from Technical & Commercial proposal.
2.8) Tenderer should have own valid certificates including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
2.9) A professional and qualified design or engineering company (ILF Company is not accepted) with completed airport projects experience shall be invited by Tenderer as Tenderer’s subcontractor, and relevant certificates or documentary evidence shall be provided by Tenderer. Tenderer shall submit the profile and qualifications for design or engineering company in Technical Proposal.
2.10) If the design or engineering company belong to Tenderer as a branch or Tenderer itself is capable of EPC projects with design or engineering qualification are also acceptable, but at least one completed airport project shall be mandatory requirement and documentary for such projects shall be submitted in Technical Proposal.
2.11) Terminal building shall be carried out by a professional civil engineering company with qualification and experience, the previous performance and completed projects in civil, architectural, building, infrastructure facilities shall be submitted for evaluation. For Chinese companies, the qualification certificates shall be issued by professional authorities or governmental agencies.

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.
Tender Fee is required only for the Tenderer who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be in cash or T/T to our financial department:
