ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date)

5) Bid Bond submission

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

8) Bidders have more than 10 years’ EPC contract experience of oil& gas industry, the total EPC Contracts Value of the tenderer company must not be less than US$ 100 Million in last 10 years with supporting documents.

9) At least the value of one (1) EPC project of tenderer company must not be less than US$ 60 Million in oil and gas field construction in last 10 years with supporting documents.

10) The bidders should have the valid certificate including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

11) Bidder Should nominate Project Manager with at Least 10 years of work experience in term of oil & Gas project management and valid certificates PMI or equivalent.

ITT Section 1. Clause15.1

Bid bond: US$ 1,100,000.00 (Say US Dollars One Million One Hundred Thousand and Zero Cents) The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.
