2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide bidding documents in accordance with international practice. The bidding documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below are the key items and factors (they are also included in ITT documents, if there is any discrepancy, ITT documents shall prevail), failure to meet any of them will lead to disqualification.
2.1 Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.
2.2 Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder.
2.3 Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition.
2.4 Bid Proposal Period of Validity (180 Days form Bid Closing Date).
2.5 Bid Bond submission.
2.6 Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter).
2.7 Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal.
2.8 Bidders shall have valid ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSA18001 English certificates.
2.9 The bidder shall undertake more than three (3) similar projects in Oil and Gas Industry with at least three (3) years of experience in oilfield information system operation and maintenance.
2.10 The period of installing and debugging the system should be within 6 months after the contract date.
2.11 Bidders should fully follow the responsibility matrix.
2.12 The splicing screen should be made of at least 15 sets of no less than 55” single screen. The splicing gap should be no more than 0.88mm.
2.13 The bidder shall send at least one experienced and qualified technician (more than 5 years of work experience) to the site after the main function of software build of the project, and provide twelve (12) months of 7*24 hour software and hardware after-sales support and technical training.

The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.
Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection. Payment can be cash or T/T to our financial department:
