ITT Section 1. Clause 11.1

Tenderer’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period of 300 calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).                   

ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity shall be as required in this TENDER DATA SHEET (TDS) (aforementioned Clause 11.1).

5) Bid Bond submission

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

8)     The scope of equipment and services proposed by bidder shall comply with this ITT requests and their performance shall be suitable for the characteristics of reservoir fluid & gas and the well configuration in Missan Oilfields. The temperature & pressure rating of the proposed ESP system must follow the ITT requirements.

9)     The delivery time for ESP Equipment shall be within eight (8) months after issuing the Purchase Order.

10) There is no restriction on the Country of Origin (CoO) for VSD skid & related hook-up auxiliaries, MLE protectors, motor guide, shipping box/drum, junction box and surface cable. All of the other materials shall be from West Europe, USA, Canada and Japan or the other origin accepted by MOO.

11) The bidder needs to accept the requirements of the ESP warranty and responsibility requirements in the ITT.

12) The bidder(s) shall have the following valid certificates in English: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001(or OHSAS 18001). The manufacturer should have the latest valid API English certificate.

13) ESP product manufacturers or sole agent with authorization letters from Manufacturers stamped by Iraq Embassy located in the countries of manufacturing plants will be accepted to participate in the bidding.

14) Supplier shall provide accommodation inside the Missan Oil Field for its employees to promptly respond to Company requests for troubleshooting and/or maintenance. Supplier shall dispatch at least one ESP engineer to arrive at Company’s well site within four (4) hours upon receiving notification from Company during day or night.

15) Suppliers must unconditionally comply with the Company's quarantine and protection requirements for epidemics such as COVID-19.

16) Supplier must be ready and have the ability to provide ESP storage and DIFA services inside Company’s camp in Missan oilfield within 6 months after signature of the Contract.

17) If the bidder is an ESP agency, the team leader and main service engineer provided by bidder must have the related training certificates and authorization letter to conduct the service from the ESP manufacturer. And bidder shall provide the resume and training certificate of team leader and main service engineer.

Bid bond: USD 1,500,000 (One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollar) The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.

The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.
