Bid Closing Date: no later than 16:00 (Baghdad Time), on or before November 9, 2020.

ITT Section 1. Clause 11.1

Tenderer’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period 240 calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).

ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity (240 Days from Bid Closing Date)

5) Bid Bond submission

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

8) The tenderer shall be accredited by NEBOSH, IWCF, ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 system. The certification shall be owned by the training provider itself, not a mother or sister subsidiary name.

9) The tenderer shall have the logistical, administrative, and technical resources to provide necessary logistic support for training implementation and training facilities including but not limited to the electrical workshop, oil and gas production process workshop, mechanical workshop, emergency rescue unit, DCS system, well control simulator, etc.,

10) The tenderer shall satisfy the following conditions:

a. Similar service contracts value of at least $ 1 million for the last five years;

b. Minimum of five years’ experience in training service and have provided training for no less than 500 trainees per year;

c. Training courses in Iraq and at least three other countries from 2017 to 2019.

11) The tenderer shall:

a) be an international Training Provider dedicated to providing training in the Oil and Gas industry;

b) demonstrate the experience of conducting similar projects, of which experiences in providing training services for Missan FOD is preferred and is accreciated by PMP is preferred;

c) provide three years’ service records (with stamps on authorized signatures) in oil and gas industries in its tender proposal, of which the record of overseas project is preferred especially in Iraq and the Middle East.

ITT Section 1. Clause15.1

Bid bond: USD 96,000 (Say US Dollars Ninety-Six Thousand Only), The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.

The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.
