Dear Bidders,

Kindly please find the Bulletin No. 3 as below regarding the subject tender:

Bidder’s Question: In reference to ITT document, Section 3, Item 6.2 – COUNTRY OF ORIGIN REQUIRMENTS, Can we perforate the pipes in other countries except in USA, Western Europe, Canada/ Japan?

Company’s Answer: It is acceptable to perforate the pipes (machining the hole on the body of base pipe) in other country other than USA, Western Europe, Canada/ Japan.
