Kindly please find the Bulletin No. 4 as below regarding the subject tender:

Bidder’s Question: We found the VAM TOP thread tubing is only supply by Vallourec & Mannesmann Tubes and this company shouldn’t supply them for us. We also found Tenaris Hydril Wedge 511 thread completely fit for using for the said 3 horizontal wells in the tender. The technical description should be as the below attachment. We hope you can accept it.

Company’s Answer: You can submit this kind of connection proposal for our project. Accept or not will be the up to technical evaluation committee.
