CNOOC Iraq Limited, a company existing under the laws of British Virgin Islands, acting as lead contractor of the Technical Service Contract for Missan Oil Fields entered into by and between Missan Oil Company, TP Missan Limited and Iraqi Drilling Company, is pleased to make the following public tender announcement:

3 Invoice for Tender Fee
ITT documents can be downloaded for free, Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received at Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection.
4 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
4.1 Scope of Business
4.2 Country of Origin for base pipe: USA, West Europe, Canada, Japan
4.3 API Certificate for base pipe: API 5CT.
4.4 Gas tight thread.
Soft copy of the pre-qualification document shall be received at abovementioned contact emails at least 10 days before the Closing Date, attachments of each email shall not exceed 5MB. Any delay of such pre-qualification document submission may lead to disqualification of vendor.

6 Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.
