Section 3 - Technical Requirement & Specification (Point 2 - Scope of Supply)

For Item numbers 8, 13 & 18, the offered length shall be 1.0m instead of 0.5m. Please advise if this length is acceptable by Company.

Not acceptable because of space out purpose.

Section 3 - Technical Requirement & Specification (Point 2 - Scope of Supply)

As equivalent to the T95 grade, seller would like to propose their proprietary grade SM90XS. Please find attached Technical details on the SM90XS grade.

Not acceptable. Company insists in T-95 material.

Section 3 - Technical Requirements & Specification (Point 3.2 - Country of Origin Requirements)

Kindly advice if Company can accept API Drift Mandrels manufactured in the UAE. (Item No's. 19, 20 & 21)

Not acceptable because of the strict requirement on Country of Origin in Iraq.

Section 3 - Technical Requirement & Specification (Point 3.3 - Documents Requirements - 2. Commercial Invoice)

Please confirm that the document legalization can be done at supplier's Country of Origin which is the UAE though the origin of the tubing goods shall be Japanese.

Not acceptable because of the strict requirement on Country of Origin in Iraq.

Section 3 - Technical Requirements & Specification (Point 3.5 Delivery Schedule)

Please confirm if Khor Al Zubair port, Iraq will be accepted as the delivery point.

Section 3 - Technical Requirements & Specification (Point 3.7 TPI requirement)

The Tubing Items shall be supplied bare in bundle with spacer rings or in Driltec RAP Frames.

(Point 3. Introduction of Iraq tax Regime)

Please clarify on the type of taxes to be deducted and the respective percentages.

This is depend to Iraqi taxes regulation; please refer to your tax advisors.

Bid Schedule of Prices
(Delivery Tolerance)

The delivery tolerance for the Tubing Items shall be plus or minus 3% the total quantity for each line Item. The tolerance shall not be applicable for the Accessories.

Please note that the training can be provided but not in Iraq.

SECTION 3_Technical Requirements and

Specification: 2 SCOP OF SUPPLY: T-95

Material Grade Requirements

Tubing items 1 & 2 are requested with pipe length as 9.60 +/- 0.05 m.

Please advise if pipes could be supplied in length

range R-2 as per API 5CT 9th edition/ISO 11960.

Pipe length 9.5±0.3m is available.
