Section 4 – Bid Price Schedule The unit of required quantity is MT, not meter. |
Please clarify if we can offer in meter with theoretical net for net. In that case, quantity should be as stated in Section 3 – Technical requirements & specification for supply of tubing & pup joint as follows: 4-1/2” T95: 91,000m (1,706 MT) 3-1/2” T95: 90,250m (1,236 MT) 2-7/8” T95: 6,500m (61.9 MT) |
The required total length of tubing in meter is equivalent to the total weight in MT in the scope of supply in section 3; therefore it is acceptable to supply the required tubing in meter. |

Delivery allowance |
Quantities of above 3 items are more than 18,144Kg, so we understand that delivery allowance~1.75% as stated on the last page of Section 4. Please clarify if it means +1.75%/ -0. |
