Dear Potential Bidders,
In respect of Tender Bulletin No. 1 for Firefighting Equipment, CNOOC Iraq Limited answers the Tenderer as follows.
- Question: Is it allowed for bidder to quote some of the items and not everything?
Answer: It’s not acceptable to quote some.
- Question: Is it allowed to propose Alternative manufactures (brands): for example US manufacturer instead of German?
Answer: It’s not acceptable
