3         Invoice for Tender Fee

ITT documents can be downloaded for free, Tender Fee is required only for the bidder who decides to submit Tender Proposals, and the invoice shall be received and the invoice shall be received by Mr. Liu Junji, Mr. Dai Gang, Mr. Zhang Zengjian, Mr. Zeng Maohe, Ms. Xu Qianqian at their Contact Emails before submitting Tender Proposals. Failure to do so may lead to rejection.

 

4         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：

4.1   Scope of Business

4.2 Soft copy of the pre-qualification document shall be received at emails: daigang@cnoociraq.com,liujj55@cnoociraq.com,zhangzengjian@cmitfod.com,  zengmaohe@cmitfod.com, xuxianxian@cmitfod.com at least before the Jun 5, 2015.attachments of each email shall not exceed 5MB. Any delay of such pre-qualification document submission may lead to disqualification of vendor.
