Basic Information

The scope of work for this EPCC bidding is as below, but not limited to: Detailed design; procurement; construction; Pre-commissioning of 57.82 km oil pipeline, 70.1 km gas pipeline, total 127.92 km and Fauqi and ABU Junctions upgrade.

2         Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT.  The information below is the key items：

2.1   Scope of Work;

2.2   Bidder shall have the international oil and gas storage and transportation project design qualification, EPC general contractor qualification and obtain Quality management system standard: ISO 9001:2008 and Environmental management system standard: ISO 14001:2004;

2.3   Bidder shall have the oil & gas pipeline EPC project experience in Iraq. Bidder shall provide the oil & gas pipeline EPC project performance certificate and the accumulated amount shall be over 30,000,000USD from 2012 to 2015;

2.4   Bidder shall have the design and construction capacity of the welding joint internal coating of the carbon steel pipe. Bidder shall provide the specification and certificate of construction equipment and tools;

2.5   Bidder should have ability to carry out the tie-in construction, and the scope of tie-in work including the new built pipelines and in-service facilities. Bidder shall submit construction performance certificate of tie-in;

2.6   The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
