3.1 Invoice for Tender Fee

7. Qualification and document required for ITT package request
7.1 Fill in the VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION
7.2 ITT request fee receipt
7.3 Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
7.4 Copy of Certificate of Contracting/Trade
7.5 Copy of Certificate of Tax
7.6 HSE Certificate and Policy
7.7 Audited Finance Reports for last three years
7.8 Original Power of Attorney to whom ITT document will be issued. This Power of Attorney must be signed by the legal representative of the company which submits the tendering documents.
The qualification document should be provided no later than 16:00, on or before November 20, 2015, Dubai Time.
