2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Legal Entity.
2.2 Scope of Business if applicable.
2.3 Non-manufacture is not acceptable (with all certificates, ISO, API-SCT, QA, and QC).
2.4 Only accept country of origin for all material of tubular body and coupling from USA, Western Europe, Canada, and Japan.
