Dear Bidders,

With reference to the tender announcement -Control Valves for BUT Upgrade Project（No.：CMIT-PRT-10.30-150104）dated May 18,2015, you are kindly advised that the following clarifications are made：

Item 2.4 –‘The origin of control valve manufacture shall be USA, Japan, West Europe or Canada’ shall be modified to ‘The brands of control valve must from USA, Japan, West Europe, Canada. Both domestic factory and joint venture factory of those brands in other countries are accepted.’

Item 2.3 shall remain valid，the tender form agent or trading company are not accepted.
