Subject: Clarification about Technical Specification
Dear Tenderers,
Several clarification requests for Bid No.: CMIT-PRT-10.30-150105 regarding the valve data sheet and specification has been received by CNOOC Iraq Limited.
Please check the following clarifications in a question（Q）& answer（A） manner：
Q1: 731-13 Crude Oil Export, tag number GA-1D358 of 24" is wrong, please check is it GA-1D35S?
A1: we confirm that the correct tag number of 24" gate valve in 731-13-Crude Oil Export unit is GA-1D35S.
Q2：4" is not in the range of data sheet GL-1D33S, please check is it GL-1D32S.
A2：We confirm that the correct tag number of 4" globe valve in 760- gas manifold t is GL-1D32S.
Q3: 760 GAS MANIFOLD, no data sheet for BA-1D33S, please check and provide
A3: All valves in 760 unit（including gas manifold，pipe-rack，distribution station）shall be prepared in accordance with B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1），CMIT-732-PIP-15.03-10004_B1-SPECIFICATION FOR VALVES provided in original tender documents is only valid for unit of 727 -BUS1，731-13- Crude Oil Export，731-BUT （upgrade），732-New CPF and 755-FIRE FIGHTING.
Q4：16" is not in the range of data sheet CK-1D32S, please check is it CK-1D33S.
A4：16" check valve （CK-1D32S） belongs to 760-GAS MANIFOLD unit，therefore, B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1）shall be adopted.
Q5： 24" is not in the range of data sheet CK-1D32S
A5： For 24" check valve （CK-1D32S）in 732-New CPF unit，CMIT-732-PIP-15.03-10004_B1-SPECIFICATION FOR VALVES shall be adopted，for 24" check valve （CK-1D32S）in 760 GAS MANIFOLD unit，B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1）shall be adopted.
Q6：No date sheet for BA-1D33S
A6：For BA-1D33S（2"-4"），please refer to BA-1D32S（2"-4"）. For BA-1D33S（6"-28"），refer to BA-1D34S（6"-28"）.
Q7：No data sheet for BA-6A14
A7：please refer to B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1）.
Q8：No data sheet for CK-6A12
A8：please refer to B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1）.
Q9：Lack the valve specification of TAG: BA-1D33S, BA-6D33S, BA-6A14&CK-6A12. Because some valves of the list need them.
A9：For BA-1D33S, refer to item A6.
The specification of BA-6D33S is listed in B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1）.
For BA-6A14&CK-6A12，please refer to B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1）.
Q10：Please provide the medium components& H2S contents.
A10：H2S content is 300 ppm.
Q11：At the list, if the valves which are not note HIC/SCC means we will not need the HIC/SCC to those valve.
A11：Please refer to relevant specifications, such information is included therein.
Q12：The valves which have noted need to HIC/SSC, please tell us which parts need HIC/SSC (Like Body, or other parts).
A12：Please refer to relevant specifications, such information is included therein.
Q13：We cannot find the data sheet of CK-6A12 in EXHIBIT Ⅱ.
A13：CK-6A12 belongs to 760-DISTRIBUTING STATION unit, please refer to B13006DD76040-SPC-0003-Specification for Valves（Attachment 1）.
Q14：Do you accept Chinese origin?
A14：There is no specific requirement regarding products origin for Bid No.: CMIT-PRT-10.30-150105. However, as we emphasized in tender documents, only manufactures are entitled to submit their tenders，we do not accept any tender form agent or trading company.
