Bid Closing Date: no later than 16:00 (Baghdad Time), on or before

February 1, 2021.

ITT Section 1. Clause 11.1

Tenderer’s bid Proposal shall be irrevocable for a period of 240 calendar days (“Bid Validity Period”).                   

ITT Section 1. Clause 12.1

Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

1) Scope of Business must be related to the scope of work of the tender.

2) Legal Entity and Qualification of Bidder

3) Bid proposals are in properly sealed condition

4) Bid Proposal Period of Validity shall be as required in this TENDER DATA SHEET (TDS) (aforementioned Clause 11.1).

5) Bid Bond submission

6) Signed & Stamped Cover Letter (as per Section 2 PROPOSAL CONTENTS AND FORMS, Attachment 2A: Proposal Format of Cover Letter)

7) Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial proposal

8) Bidders shall provide the tubing cable clamp design drawings with detailed dimension information stated and submit them for review during bidding process. The drawings for those five (5) types of cable clamps (see Table 1 in ITT-Section 3, page 12) must be submitted with the bidding documents.

9)    Bidders shall provide five (5) samples (at least one each for one type of clamps, see Table 1 in ITT-Section 3, page 12) for fit tests (on tubing and inside casing) within two weeks after the bid closing date. (Manufacturing, freight and customs clearance of the samples will be at bidder’s cost and responsibilities). The bidder who fail to meet the fit test requirement or fail to submit the samples for fit test on time will be disqualified.

10)  Only ESP tubing cable clamp manufacturers or sole agency with authorization letters issued by the manufacturers will be accepted.

11)  Bidder must provide both the manufacturer and its own valid certificate of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

12)  Delivery period should be within ninety (90) days from the Purchase Order(s) issuing date(s).

13)  Bidder shall supply a full Quality Control (QC) file package in English version for all products supplied.

14)  Contractor must unconditionally comply with the Company's quarantine and protection requirements for epidemics such as COVID-19.

ITT Section 1. Clause15.1

Bid Bond: USD 80.000,00 (Say USD Eighty-Thousand) The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope.

The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.
