2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of supply should meet the requirements of SECTION 3 TECHNICAL PACKAGE.
2.2 The flowmeter must be Emerson, Krohne, E+H, Siemens or Yokogawa, and the origin must be USA, West Europe, Germany, Switzerland or Japan.
2.3 Tenderder shall have the certificates of quality management system standard ISO9001 and Environmental management system standard ISO14001.
2.4 The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.
