Basic Information |
The Chemicals are required for Water Treatment Plant to be used specifically for the Fresh Water Treatment Plant / Oily Water Treatment Plant / Intake Water Pump Station for the next year. These procurement items and quantities of chemical materials are related to the existing consumption and based on the estimated requirement of Fresh & Oily water treatment and water injection plan. |

2. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. Tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items:
2.1. Tenderer must have at least 5 years of Oil and Gas industry experience with at least 3 years of experience in the chemical supply field and must provide proper track record in the relevant field with all authorized signatures and stamps.
2.2. The total contracts value of the Tenderer company must not be less than USD 10 Million.
2.3. The Tenderer’s business license must include the chemicals supply in the scope of work. The business license must be solely owned by the Tenderer itself and should not be from sister or mother subsidiary.
2.4. Tenderer must provide Quality Management System Certification ISO9001, Environmental Management Systems Certification ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Certification ISO18001.
2.5 Scope of supply.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time as required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

4. Notice: The Tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.
