2. Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The Tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the Key Items:
2.1. Bidder must be product Manufacturer, any Agent is not accepted to attend the bid.
2.2. Bidder must have at least 5 years of Oil and Gas industry experience with at least 3 years of experience in the related chemical supply field and must provide proper track record in the relevant field with all authorized signatures and stamps
2.3. The total contracts value of the Bidder company must not be less than USD 10 Million.
2.4. Bidder’s business license must include the related chemicals supply in the scope of work. The business license must be solely owned by the supplier itself and should not be from sister or mother subsidiary
2.5. Bidder must provide Quality Management System Certification ISO9001, Environmental Management Systems Certification ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Certification ISO18001.
