Fail to meet any of below key factors will lead to disqualification:

7. Price proposal is separate from Technical & Commercial
8. Supplier must have at least 5 years of Oil and Gas industry recent experience with at least 3 years of recent experience in the water treatment chemical supply field and must provide proper track record in the relevant field with all authorized signatures and stamps.
9. The total contracts value for similar projects of the supplier must not be less than USD 14 Million and the single similar contract must not be less than USD 4.5 Million in the last 3 years. The evidence must include but not be limited to contract signing date, the first page, signing page, goods checklist and customer approval letter.
10. Supplier must provide Quality Management System Certification ISO9001, Environmental Management Systems Certification ISO14001, Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) Certification ISO45001.
11. The supplier’s business license must include the relevant chemicals supply in the scope of work. The business license must be solely owned by the supplier itself and should not be from sister or mother subsidiary.
12. Supplier must be manufacture for the main chemicals such as Reverse Emulsion Breaker, Corrosion Inhibitor, Scale Inhibitor, and Biocide (for oily water treatment).
13. Supplier (who meets Key Items No. 8 to 12) shall provide chemical samples for Bottle Test according to Company’s requirements, and the test results must be qualified.

Bid bond: US$ 150,000.00 (US Dollars One Hundred Fifty Thousand), The Bid Bond must be presented to Company in a separated and sealed envelope and duly marked and stamped on outer envelope. The original validity of the bid bond shall be the same as aforementioned Bid Validity Period in Clause 11.1.

Cash Bid Bond will not be accepted from a Chinese Bidder that does not have overseas Bank account.

Tenderers should be advised that Cheques NO LONGER BE ACCEPTED as a Bid Bonds by Company.
