Dear All Potential Bidders,
With respect to the Tender Number as referred in this Bulletin No.1, please kindly take note that Company is deciding to extend the Bid Closing Date for such tender from 17:00pm (Dubai Time) January 27, 2016 to 17:00pm (Dubai Time) February 27, 2016. Meanwhile, Company is issuing the Updated Requirements for checking bidders’ crime record of offering bribes and attached technical clarification in response of some bidder’s request. Please refer to the attachment for details.
NOTE:
1. The ITT and all the Bulletins/Clarifications during the bid period will be published on below web-link which is the same address of ITT uploaded. Vendors shall pay attention to the web link and download the Bulletins/Clarifications during the bid period. Company will not publish the Bulletins/Clarifications separately during the bid period.

Updated Requirements for checking bidders’ crime record of offering bribes |

Clause 26, SECTION 1 of ITT |
26. Additional document required from successful bidder BEFORE contract awarding: 1. For successful bidder registered inside China The successful bidder registered inside China should query by itself the crime record of offering bribes of the bidder company, its legal representative and project manager (including chief supervision engineer and chief supervision engineer representative) from procuratorate and provide the query result covering the last ten (10) years, and such query result shall be issued by procuratorate within last two (2) months. 2. For successful bidder registered outside China The successful bidder registered outside China should query by itself the crime record of offering bribes of the bidder company, its legal representative and project manager (including chief supervision engineer and chief supervision engineer representative) from its government authority and provide the query result covering the last ten (10) years, OR provide the statement in attached format (STATEMENT Outside China Bidder (before contract awarding)) signed by its legal representative. |

16. Other Relevant Information or Data The record of the crime of bribery 1. For bidder registered inside China The bidder registered inside China shall query by itself the crime record of offering bribes of the bidder company and its legal representative from procuratorate and provide the query result covering the last ten (10) years, and such query result shall be issued by procuratorate within last twelve (12) months.
2. For bidder registered outside China. The bidder registered outside China shall query by itself the crime record of offering bribes of the bidder company and its legal representative from its government authority and provide the query result covering the last ten (10) years, OR provide the statement in attached format (STATEMENT Outside China Bidder (during Prequalification) ) signed by its legal representative. |
