2 Tenderer shall be obligated to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The tenderer will be disqualified provided that it fails to provide prequalification documents in accordance with international practice. The prequalification documents provided should strictly follow the requirement of ITT. The information below is the key items：
2.1 Scope of supply
2.2 Validated certificate: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and all certificates shall belong to Contractor itself with English version.
2.3 Experience of same project in Middle East or International EPC (10 million US dollars in last three years) relevant.
2.4 Engineering qualification or one subcontractor with design certificate and authorized by Legal.
The prequalification documents should be provided on time required in VENDOR REGISTRATION AND PRE-QUALIFICATION. Failure to submit on time will lead to rejection.

4 Notice: The tenderer whom will be awarded the contract successfully shall pay the fee for the announcement.
5 This announcement is made both in English and in Arabic, if there is any discrepancy, the English version shall prevail.
